DNS Changer Privacy Policy

DNS Changer is a dedicated tool for changing your DNS server to your network setting on Windows. By installing and using DNS Changer, you agree to the following privacy policies:

  1. Personally Identifiable Information
  2. DNS Changer does not collect or share your Personally Identifiable Information.

  3. Administrator Privileges
  4. DNS Changer calls Microsoft Windows Command Prompt to set DNS servers. The Windows Command Prompt needs your Administrator Privileges to do that. The Administrator Privileges are granted to Windows Command Prompt, not to DNS Changer. DNS Changer does have any Administrator Privileges. You can select 'Accept' or not. You can click 'See more details' on the requesting dialog to check which command will be executed. There are no hidden tasks with administrator privileges.

  5. DNS Servers
  6. By selecting and setting a DNS server to your network, you are responsible for your setting. Setting a DNS server may make your Internet connection down, or it can log which IP you are accessing to, or may return a fake IP so you may accessing to a wrong website. You have to check which DNS server is trustful before setting it. CoderLearn is not responsible for consequences from your DNS settings.

  7. App Statistics and Bug Reports
  8. DNS Changer uses Microsoft AppCenter for app statistics and bug reports. The data we collect includes: generic device name (such as 'Surface Pro'), Windows version (such as 'WINDOWS 10.0.18363'), language (such as 'English') and which lines of code that causes the error. That is anonymous information. We don't collect any of your personal information, even your IP.
